At the 2024 edition of IntenCity, our team delivered the entire video stack: visuals, IMAG (live camera to LED), and the signal management core that tied it all together. It was our first stadium‑scale deployment, hosted at Ion Oblemenco Stadium, Craiova — a milestone for us.
Our scope at a glance
Visuals: concept, adaptation, and show‑time playback across the stage LED.
IMAG: multi‑camera capture and live delivery to screens, with color matching and bespoke compositions.
Signal Management: routing, conversion, synchronization, and redundancy for every video destination.
The challenge
A stadium show means long cable runs, many display endpoints, and the need for a consistent visual language from any seat in the house. With a varied line‑up, we had to pivot between very different aesthetics quickly and cleanly.
